戦国Ⅰ 二十七日 幕府、中の院領加賀国額田の庄・加納八田の庄半分等の代官朝日時基の年貢不法により、中の院通秀に、同荘を直務させる。(Sengoku I, On the 27th day, the Bakufu, as a result of the refusal of the Daikan of the estates of Nukata no Shō and Hatta no Shō Asahi Tokimoto to pay the tithes from the estate to its owner, Naka no In Michihide, hereby appointed the said Michihide to take direct control of his estates)

Two years later, though, this was the response of the Bakufu. Obviously matters had not improved between the
Asahi and Naka no In, as now the Bakufu had authorized Naka no In to take direct control of the properties of
Nukata no Shō and Hatta no Shō, mainly because Tokimoto had `gone back on his word` and not paid his tribute
as the law dictated.
